• We will discuss what it looks like to have a “first date” with your clients and see if you are in fact a match!

• Managing expectations (navigating their wants vs. their hair needs)

• How to implement boundaries during consultations

• I will give you the tools to empower you in the face of tough conversations and educate you on the power of NO!
